With more than 25 years of leadership experience spanning strategy, finance, and marketing, Dr. Senthil Ganesh has been instrumental in transforming RVS into one of South India’s most respected educational groups. From 2008 onward, he embarked on a large-scale transformation project with a focus on digital disruption and relevance in education for the 21st century. Under his leadership, the Arts & Science, Health Sciences, and Ayurveda institutions were repositioned with innovative curricular, co-curricular, and administrative reforms. This division grew from 2,500 students to more than 7,500, earning numerous accolades along the way.

His recent focus includes advanced programs in digital transformation, artificial intelligence, finance, real estate, and strategy, reflecting his commitment to bringing global insights into Indian higher education.

Industry & Entrepreneurial Experience

Prior to joining RVS full time, Dr. Ganesh worked in the US IT sector:

• Business Application Developer, Zales Corporation (1997–1998)
• Founder & Principal IT Consultant, Mantel Corporation (1998–2002), servicing Fortune 500 clients including Sprint and AT&T
• Technical Consultant, Cracker Barrel Inc. (RETEK ERP application)

He continues to engage actively with industry as an investor and board member of Transform Tech, an EdTech company focused on online programs in Data Science, Artificial Intelligence, Digital Marketing, and IoT.

Vision

Dr. Senthil Ganesh is widely regarded as an edupreneur with a digital vision. His initiatives in curriculum design, faculty training, and industry-linked programs aim to create future-ready graduates equipped with skills in Data Science, AI, Big Data Analytics, and Cloud Computing. With a belief that education must evolve with technology, he has consistently worked to position RVS institutions as pioneers of education for the digital era.

Mrs. K Maragathamani, Managing Trustee

Mrs. K Maragathamani a young and dynamic educationist holds a Master degree in business administration. Her association with the school they initiated young vibrant trustee in the year 2003 and has now elevated to be charismatic correspondent and vice-chairman of Bhaktavatsalam Memorial Trust.

She is an able administrator who manages the BMT an educational institution comprising of Arts & science college for women, a CBSE and State board school. Her aspiration to redefine learning she has pioneered this project successfully. Her love for children and optimistic attitude has made her a fine educator.

My Impression

The school motto “Thamasoma Jothir Gamaya” means “Lead from darkness to light”.

It is the vivid reflection of the mission of our institution. We impart education to give the student the inner light and the outer glow. As optimism is the faith that leads to achievement nothing can be done without hope and confidence. And we as crusaders with a good cause to educate strive vehemently to fulfill our mission. It gives me great honour and privilege to be associated with my father’s magnanimity and penchant towards achieving his perpetual desire for community service. We at BV honor the talent of each child, enrich their potential, widen their reasoning power and outlook with a deliberate motive of educating them. We provide stress free comprehensive quality education in an amicable ambience to make the journey of schooling enjoyable, enriching and rewarding.

Education would be much more effective if its purpose was to ensure that by the time they leave school every student knows how much he did not know and to be imbued with a lifelong desire to know it.
